Due to our experience in accountancy and English teaching in Australia and Argentina, we have expertise in evaluating the candidates for their level of accounting and financial knowledge, their Business English written and fluency level, and their ability to adapt to a new foreign firm and country.
We conduct face to face interviews with the candidates, thoroughly check their references, and review their written English ability. After we are completely satisfied that they will be appropriate for your firm, we send you their resume with a covering letter giving a detailed analysis of the candidate.
If you then wish to conduct an interview, we will organize a telephone or video interview between your firm and the candidate. If a job offer is made, we will help with the travel, visa and contract arrangements for the candidate and provide the candidate with Business English lessons until their departure from Buenos Aires.
