These firms are continually recruiting Argentinean accountants to work for them as they have been very impressed with their excellent accounting skills and professional attitude, as well as their adaptability to the Australian culture.
We note that we have also started recruiting for related Top 4 firms in Hong Kong and other cities of China, Europe, the US and Canada. Therefore, if we believe that a candidate would be better suited to work in one of these countries, we can organise an interview.
We conduct first interviews with candidates, check references, and then assist them with interview preparation and English classes before they have telephone interviews with the Australian firm. After a job offer has been made, we provide further Business English lessons, organize the visa applications and travel arrangements, and introduce recruits to personal contacts in Sydney to help them with the acclimatization. These personal contacts include native Australians and Argentinean accountants who have chosen to settle in Sydney through our services.
We are interested in Argentinean accountants, particularly those with Top 4 audit experience in the financial or commercial divisions and a high level of Business English.
